Blueberry Bourbon Punch

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bourbon

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice

  • ¾ cup simple syrup

  • 1 cup blueberry purée (blend blueberry + strain)

  • 10 fresh mint sprigs

  • 1½ cups club soda (added just before serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, muddle mint lightly

  2. Add bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and blueberry purée. Stir well

  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour (or up to 6 hours)

  4. Just before serving, stir in chilled club soda

  5. Serve over ice with garnishes
