Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz gin

  • .75 oz Campari

  • .75 oz red wine

Instructions

  1. Place a rocks glass with one large cube in the freezer to chill

  2. Add red wine, Campari, and gin to a mixing glass

  3. Fill 2/3 thirds with ice

  4. Stir for 30-45 seconds until mixing glass is chilled

  5. Single strain into chilled rocks glass

  6. Express lemon and garnish with peel
