Ingredients

  • 1 oz bourbon

  • .75 oz mezcal

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • .25 oz maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Place a coupe glass in the freezer to chill

  2. Add maple syrup, lemon juice, mezcal, and bourbon to a cocktail shaker

  3. Fill 2/3 thirds with ice

  4. Shake for 15-20 seconds until shaker is chilled

  5. Double strain into chilled coupe glass

  6. Express lemon and garnish with peel
