Spicy Mango Margarita
Ingredients
2 cups blanco tequila
1 cup lime juice (fresh)
1 cup jalapeño simple syrup (see below)
.75 cup Cointreau or triple sec
1.5 cups mango syrup
Tajín or salt rim optional
Jalapeño Simple Syrup:
Simmer 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 1 sliced jalapeño for 10 min. Strain and cool.
Instructions
Mix all ingredients (except salt) in a large pitcher.
Chill for at least 1 hour.
Serve over ice in salt- or Tajín-rimmed glasses.
